Master of Economics: Hospitality Management


It is a great pleasure to announce the 4th edition of the international "Master of Economics: Hospitality Management - F&B", offered by the Università degli Studi di Palermo in collaboration with the Florida International University (Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management) in Miami, and the Collegio Universitario Arces. In this program, we are forming some of the best future managers in the Tourism, Hotel, and Food and Beverage industry, selecting young multilingual professionals who are strongly motivated and prepared to face the new challenges of the Tourism, Hotel and related services sectors.

Our multi-disciplinary training scheme provides students with a comprehensive understanding of management, communication, international marketing and tourism as well as specialized hospitality, food and wine skills. International students will have the unique opportunity to become well versed in both the tradition and technology that come together in the hospitality culture of Sicily and the Mediterranean, and may apply for accommodation in partner housing facilities. Students who have completed an undergraduate degree will find more information and the registration form to download below.
